We recently found out about a great website you can use to view subtitled film trailers, and find out what's showing locally with subtitles.
For more details see

The Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card is a national card that can be used to verify that the holder is entitled to one free ticket for a person accompanying them to the cinema. You can get it if you're in receipt of the disability living allowance or attendance allowance.
See their website for more information or to download the form to fill in.
